2023 Parent Volunteer Signup: We depend on parent volunteers for a successful season. Each family is expected to cover a team job or at least 3 sign up slots each season.


XCStats.com: This is our database for collecting athlete competition data. All athletes need to set up an XCStats.com account using code matstf!

Welcome to the 2023 Season of Mats Track & Field

Register for the Track Team 2023: 
Every parent needs to create a parent/guardian user account on SportsNet to register their athlete for Miramonte Sports and submit a new season medical clearance form before they can join any practices. If you have already participated in another sport this school year the same medical form can be used.

Be sure to also email miramontetrack@gmail.com with your athletes name and email and one or both parent(s) names and email to make sure you are get team communications. If you are not getting emails it's because you haven't let us know your email address!

NCS Meet of Champions Finalists, Coaches Gift and Banquet Reminder

Congratulations to the athletes who competed in 95 degree heat on Saturday at the NCS Tri-Valley Champs. 5 Mats qualified again to compete again this Friday and Saturday at the NCS Meet of Champions at Dublin High School.

Banquet and Coaches Collection Reminder: 
Let's celebrate our wonderful coaches - Joy, Andrew, Cassie, Bill, Tyler, Cary and Doug!! If you haven't already contributed then hoping you can do so today - please Venmo @jennifer-letulle with your contribution.

Don't forget - Banquet is this Wednesday at 6pm! Come celebrate your season from 6pm with dinner, dessert, slideshow, senior speeches and awards!

Dear Athletes and Parents,

Reminder - we need Athletes to RSVP by tomorrow (Fri May 12th) for the banquet. Food order is going in this weekend so we need to plan.

Parents - Parents and siblings wishing to join the team for the dinner section please purchase your dinner ticket by tomorrow as well- 

Dietary requirements? Please email Corinne Dugan so she has an accurate headcount and can make sure we order something suitable for you.

Contribute to Coaches Gifts -  We are asking that each family contribute $15-20 but please contribute whatever amount you feel comfortable with.

Hi Athletes and Parents,

Team Photo - Order forms were given yesterday at practice - if you would like a team photo please turn in your form and payment to Coach Joy or Andrew tomorrow at practice.

Volunteers - We still urgently need parent volunteers to help out the Discus Coach at the girls events this weekend. Volunteers do not pay the spectator entry fee and get to be a lot closer to the action if their athlete is competing! Please sign up if you can help, no experience is necessary.
